If it was I may have to quit!

Marcy- I think too that when I meet with the high ones they then worry about the littlest things I tell them. It is a catch 22. I wish we could rethink conferences!

Jennifer- I am glad I can share something new with you! I hope you find it delightful!Giggles and Squealshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18310620006044496860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6306818054415049001.post-41758923062859056452011-11-07T20:03:06.090-05:002011-11-07T20:03:06.090-05:00Thanks for the book - I had never heard of the leg...Thanks for the book - I had never heard of the legend before!

For my conferences, I always end up seeing only the parents who's children are well-behaved/doing well academically. The ones who really NEED to come to a parent/teacher conference never show up! So it's mostly a time for compliments, with a few suggestions and heads up on what we're going to be learning next.

Jennifer @ Herding Kats In KindergartenJennifer K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15114666136412667718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6306818054415049001.post-19198242681938455952011-11-05T11:40:49.394-04:002011-11-05T11:40:49.394-04:00What a great book! For the ones that are doing well, sometimes there is not that much more to say, and for the ones that are doing poorly, they've heard from me already.Marcyhttp://www.tootimidandsqueamish.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6306818054415049001.post-4389315318000384812011-11-05T11:07:52.146-04:002011-11-05T11:07:52.146-04:0032?!? Yikers...no wonder you lost your mojo. I lo...32?!? Yikers...no wonder you lost your mojo. I look at conferences as a time to compliment (who doesn't like to hear nice things about their child) and leave them with one or two things to work on.

Thanks for the freebie!!

Holly
Crisscross Applesauce in First GradeHollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10861143488616582042noreply@blogger.com
